"When we decided to re-do the backsplash in our kitchen we interviewed many tile contractors, including Neuse Tile.  Randy from Neuse came in, looked at what we wanted to do, made some recommendations and went right to work on pricing the project.  A contract was submitted in a timely manner and explained to us in detail before we accepted the proposal.

When Randy called and said his team would be on-site at 8 AM, we smiled and said, “We’ll see them around 9:30 -10:00 AM.”  At 8 AM our doorbell rang and there stood Santos, the project manager, along with the installation crew ready to work.  They worked in a professional and efficient manner, and at the end of each day the kitchen was left spotlessly clean.   By project’s end, we were thrilled with the result and still marvel at the quality of workmanship.
